This fun and engaging class includes all the fundamentals of Vinyasa flow and links the breath to movements throughout sun salutations, strong standing poses, balancing postures, seated and reclining poses, backbends, and core isolation.

This class is for those with little or no yoga experience and people looking for a beautiful stretch and to relax. Enjoy the focus on breath work, strengthening, lengthening and a range of less demanding yoga postures.

Saturday, 9.30 - 10.45am


A gentle yoga class featuring many floor-based poses and stretches and a few standing poses for strength and balance. Those with arthritis, an injury, other conditions, or who have preference for an easy pace and a gentle approach will find this modified practice boosts energy levels and an overall sense of well-being. We recommend a minimum of ten classes for new students, although you are welcome to stay in this class for as long as you like.
