Join Deb for a mid-week pick-me-up, a beautiful stretch and the chance to relax and rewind. This is a deeply restorative class, for those with little or no yoga experience and people looking to take time out for themselves. With a focus on breathwork, releasing, lengthening and a range of less demanding yoga postures, this moving meditation class is designed to help you rebuild your energy, release stress and refill your tank. Saturday 9:30am - Gentle yoga

Begin your weekend with an expansive practice with Padma. Come back to your breath and quieten your mind. During the 75-minute session you will be guided through asana, pranayama and meditation using postures, breath and sounds to experience a sense of calm and deep awareness. Suitable for beginners and those looking to take their meditation and mindfulness practice to the next level. Gentle
