It's not too late to donate to Movember...

This Movember Torrens Community Yoga helped change the face of men’s health by holding a special fundraising class, which (with donations) has raised $245.00 for #Movember.

We are so grateful for all the support but, truth is, we would love to raise more!

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. The Movember Foundation is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and Torrens Community Yoga wants to help them get there. Please help us stop men dying too young.

If are able to donate, please visit #Movember and please….give what you can.
