Our Saturday morning class provides an opportunity to commit to weekly practice. This class offers comprehensive coverage of yoga postures, breathing, relaxation and meditation practices designed to meet students' needs.

Through your teacher, you will develop strength, flexibility, mindfulness, mental and emotional balance and overall well being in a safe and friendly community environment.
