Our 10 week Autumn practice provides an opportunity to commit to weekly practice. Classes offer comprehensive coverage of yoga postures, breathing, relaxation and meditation practices designed to meet students' needs.
Through your teachers, you will develop strength, flexibility, mindfulness, mental and emotional balance and overall wellbeing in a safe and friendly community environment.
