NEW: 9:30am Wednesday morning flow
Wednesday morning flow provides a comprehensive coverage of yoga postures, breathing, relaxation and meditation practices and is suitable for beginners or those with yoga experience. This time slot is designed for shift workers, those who work from home, or who have just dropped the children off at school, or who have a little space in their day to spend some time nurturing themselves.
With your teacher, Michelle, you will develop strength, flexibility, mindfulness and overall wellbeing in a safe and friendly community environment.
Classes run from 2 May - 4 July 2018, casual students very welcome
$15 for a casual/drop in class
$10 for students, pensioners and low income
$120 for a 10 class pass or $80 for students, pensioners and low income
20 week passes are available for those looking to practice more than once a week.

Free Frontline Yoga - Mondays 7:30pm
Are you a frontline worker?
Book in now for term one (5 February - 9 April 2018) for our free 45 minute class for frontline workers: incl: police, firefighters, paramedics, Defence force members, medical professionals, RFS/SES volunteers (current or ex-servicing) and their supporters.
Members of the public are welcome by donation. All classes are taught with trauma sensitive guidelines and are suitable for those with stress, anxiety and PTSD. The classes focus on developing mental and physical strength and are suitable for all levels including beginners.
Classes are held Mondays 7:30pm - 8:15pm. Everything is supplied, but bring a mat if you have one and wear comfortable clothing. See torrenscommunityyoga.com.au to contact us or for details on other classes.

We hope you have had a lovely start to 2018 and are ready to start practicing yoga. Our Monday and Wednesday night classes commence next week, no bookings required.
Our Frontline yoga and Saturday morning classes resume in February, and booking are required.
10 week yoga course - for a new you in 2018
Our 10 week yoga course provides a comprehensive coverage of yoga postures, breathing, relaxation and meditation practices and is suitable for beginners or those with yoga experience.
You will learn how to develop strength, flexibility, mindfulness, mental and emotional balance and overall wellbeing in a safe and friendly community environment.
Price: $120.00 for the 10 week course. Please note due to our small-sized classes we do not give refunds once the course begins except in extenuating circumstances.
Classes run from 3 February - 7 April 2018, make-up classes during 10 week course are allowed – if you miss your class contact us to make it up with any of our other classes.

Blow off the working week - like this...
Gentle Yoga: Saturday, 9.30 - 10.45am
A gentle yoga class featuring many floor-based poses and stretches and a few standing poses for strength and balance. Those with arthritis, an injury, other conditions, or who have preference for an easy pace and a gentle approach will find this modified practice boosts energy levels and an overall sense of well-being. We recommend a minimum of ten classes for new students, although you are welcome to stay in this class for as long as you like.
